Havn’t posted anything for awhile. Been on a little vocation to a place I can not disclose the name of or any information about . Been trail building in the woods for 7 months, still have another 5. Endured a winter of snow and now facing the bugs. But all worth it. Mountain Biking everyday and building trail. I love my life.
So this is what i pretty much get up too over winter. Work and Trail ride mostly. But soon im off to the shores of Canada to continue my efforts at becoming a professional trail builder. Let the even better times roll. Yeow.
So John Oldale (aka The Man behind ABD) had a little accident. Unfortunatley this meant he could not go on a plannned trip south to accompany a team of street and dirt bmx/mtb development riders and Abds Pro Riders Paul Langlands and Lewis Jones. He asked if I could go in his place, and after twisting my bosses rubber arms I was on my way south for my second time this year. Found this 40ft flat gap. Got the call from Simeon Patience that he was free to shoot. So built the gap on the sunday and we shot it on the monday. 4 runs in and id stacked it 4 times. A couple of alterations and I got it on the 5th hit. Had a nice wind coming up from behind simeon and had to pedal my arse off, but i got it and i was stoked. Hardtail hucking, good shit! Thanks to Woodhill Mountain Bike Park and Simeon Patience for the shot.
